A companion for your inner world

There is a light at the centre of you.

You didn’t build it and you don’t have to earn it. It has always been there, even on the days it feels far away, quieted beneath everyone else’s expectations.

The Inner Beauty Compass is an invitation to reconnect with it. A companion for the heavy days, the hopeful ones, and the moments you need perspective to find your own way forward.

Through reflective passages and 39 Inner Beauty Alignments, begin to build the self-trust, courage and resilience to have your own back through it all.

A page from within

Spend a moment with the words.

Take a closer look at the pages. Notice what speaks to you, and give yourself a moment to sit with it.

Paper beneath your fingertips

Put down your phone.
Hear yourself again.

Another notification. Another opinion. Another glimpse into someone else’s life. We carry so much comparison and expectation in our pockets that it can become difficult to hear our own voice.

Feel the weight of the book in your hands. Turn a page. Stay with a sentence. Give yourself time to answer a question before reaching for the next thing.

A physical place to pause, gather perspective and reconnect with what matters to you.

Inside the Compass

Four phases.
A stronger anchor within.

Reflective passages sit beside simple practices, helping you bring what you discover into the way you live.

01 / SUPPORT

Begin where you are.

Make room for what you feel and meet yourself with care.

02 / UNPACKING

Question what you carry.

Explore the beliefs, expectations and stories that shape how you see yourself.

03 / DISCOVERY

Listen to your own voice.

Get closer to your values, your strengths and what feels meaningful to you.

04 / ALIGNMENT

Bring it into your life.

Practise responding with intention, making choices from your values and being on your own side.

To treasure. To gift. To keep close.

For the women you love.
Including yourself.

For your daughter.

You can’t protect her from everything the world will bring. But you can help her build the inner strength to navigate it.

A keepsake to explore in her own time, with questions and practices to help her trust her voice and recognise her worth.

For a woman you love.

The sister beginning again. The niece finding her feet. The friend who has been carrying too much.

A beautiful way to say: I hope you see in yourself what I see in you. Something she can keep turning to long after the occasion.

For yourself.

For quiet mornings, heavy nights and the decisions that ask you to listen more closely to yourself.

Give the relationship that travels with you throughout life the care and attention it deserves.

Made to sit beside you for years

A keepsake that becomes your own.

Blush linen. Gold foil. Cream pages. A frosted sleeve finished with a pearl-bead closure.

Keep it beside your bed. Take it on a journey. Underline the words you need and explore the questions in a notebook.

Some pages will speak to you today. Others may find their meaning years from now. Let it become familiar - a companion through the many seasons of you.

The Inner Beauty Compass as a keepsake companion

A note from Mia

The pages I wanted to keep close.

For the past six years, I’ve been collecting lessons, perspectives and little rituals that have helped me navigate my own life. I began writing them down so I could remember them when I needed them most.

Through teaching women in studios and spending time together on retreats, I began to recognise how many of us were navigating similar pressures, expectations and doubts.

I wanted to create something we could turn to. A place to gather perspective, ask better questions and build a stronger relationship with ourselves over time.

My hope is that this becomes a book you make your own, and perhaps one day pass on to someone you love.

With love, Mia
