We had the most relaxing, serene and reenergising trip. It was wonderful to come together with other likeminded women, from all walks of life who shared the same goal - to switch off and reset. Sarah and Mia provided such a warm and safe space to let go, with the option of filling your day as you see fit. Absolutely wonderful first retreat!

This was such an amazing experience! Everything - from the beautiful grounds to the thoughtfully planned classes - was absolutely perfect. It was such a wonderful balance of mental and physical activities, and every part of the retreat felt so intentional and uplifting.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the women who attended were all so inspiring and admirable. I left feeling refreshed, motivated, and incredibly grateful for the experience.

I would definitely recommend this retreat and would return again in a heartbeat!
